This annual list highlights professionals shaping the future of museums, exhibitions, and cultural experiences worldwide.

Steven Rosen – Lighting Design That Tells Stories

Steven Rosen, CEO/founder of Available Light, has spent his career demonstrating the power of lighting to enhance museum storytelling. His work connects visitors to ideas and objects in subtle yet powerful ways, creating immersive and memorable experiences.

One nominator said: “Steven is more than a designer—he is a storyteller, mentor, and advocate. He believes in light as a transformative medium that connects audiences to ideas and objects with subtlety and depth.”

Trent Oliver – Bold Creativity and Collaborative Leadership

Trent Oliver, Principal and Managing Director of Blue Telescope, is recognized for her creativity, leadership, and collaborative approach. She fosters a studio culture built on transparency, trust, and shared authorship, empowering teams to take risks and deliver ambitious, high-quality experiences.

Trent’s projects include the Kennedy Space Center, Sloan Museum of Discovery, the Henry Ford Museum, and the National Women’s History Museum. Under her leadership, Blue Telescope has received awards including Muse, Telly, Vega Gold, Summit Best of Show, and the Core 77 Design for Social Impact Award.

As one nominator described: “Trent is a systems thinker, a mentor, and a creative force whose influence radiates far beyond any single exhibition or installation.”

Carrie Reid – Expanding the Reach of Traveling Exhibitions

Carrie Reid, President of Dala Projects, helps museums around the world share their stories through traveling exhibitions. With over a decade of experience and a network spanning more than 20 countries, she has supported over 60 exhibitions in more than 100 museums globally.

Carrie’s collaborative, values-driven approach ensures that partnerships are thoughtful, effective, and impactful. One nominator said: “Carrie brings a level of professionalism, clarity, and care to the traveling exhibitions sector that sets her apart… She’s a true collaborator, always committed to shared success.”

Carrie Reid Joins Praxis

NEWS — Praxis Museum Projects Group is pleased to welcome Carrie Reid, Owner of Dala Projects, to our circle of esteemed industry professionals.

Carrie brings to Praxis a wealth of experience in the global museum and traveling exhibition sphere. Her role involves collaborating with both exhibition creators and museum institutions to develop, market, and launch traveling exhibits. Additionally, Carrie assists museums and other entities in acquiring prominent exhibitions for their venues.

Throughout her decade-long career, Carrie has significantly contributed to over 60 exhibition projects and has collaborated with upwards of 100 museums.
